Where did that come from? :)
Remember I mentioned that human are always in a learning process but is at different position of the many learning curves he is in. Haha. The internet has been around for many years now, but human race is still very green to the effects of the internet.
Because of the Internet now, communication and organization can be better but messier as well. At my workplace, with the internet, colleagues are planning birthday celebration right under the nose of the birthday boy or girl. Haha, can you imagine that? You can say there are a lot of 'undercurrents' flowing through in the Internet.
Yesterday, there is also a news on cyber-bullying where last time, before the internet, or during my time, bullying was 'simple', most of the time it was physical abuse and the psychological damage of taunting and teasing was small as well. Now with the younger generations learning how to build websites and also the process of building one is much simplified, compare to the initial stages, bullying now takes a higher level. The taunting is now on the Internet, worse thing is once it is on the Internet, no matter how you remove it, there would be traces of it lying around in some server. So the psychological damage actually multiplied because of that.
How do we tackle such problem of abuse then? I personally believe in education, educating the young on what is good and what is bad, of course, things are never straightforward in this world, otherwise all Singaporeans can score As in their life throughout. But there are still fundamentals that are never violated in determining what is good and bad, for example doing harm to a person is definitely bad and so on. Then a proper judgment system has to be instilled onto the kids so that they can make the right judgment call themselves. Well of course, talking is easy but I really hope that the schools and parents work together on it, rather than wasting energy squabbling whose responsibility it is. Let me put things straight, BOTH have responsibility so SHUT UP and work something out together.
The Internet has brought fast changes to our lifestyle and habits, so if you'll want to spend time squabbling on something like this, I really fear for the future generations of Singaporeans. Think about it!
Cheers.

That's because most people are only concerned with the end results. Thus we are either fighting over one another for (or pushing away) responsibility in the events of success (respectively failure).
Hard to change these things. Human nature as witnessed in many historical events.
