Mind Blank & Tongue Tied

Nowadays was watching the new drama on Channel Eight. Not that I like the army, just that there are pretty actress inside and the job hunt occupies so much of my thinking that I am not able to focus on my other work.

Haha, anyway, inside the drama there is someone whose action is like me last time (and also now? :P No idea.) Yesterday's episode, one of the main character was waiting for the girl that he likes to be on MSN. This reminds me of the time where I push away most appointments on Saturdays, waiting in front of the MSN for her to appear online. And when she appears online, I was happy but then came another problem and that is to start a conversation. I want her to appear online but when I see her online, my mind which is always hyperactive, suddenly went into hibernation mode and I stare blindly at her avatar, trying to type something in. Haha. And when I manage to type something in, the conversation never last long because the subjects seem to lose momentum and in the end only chatted for a few minutes. Waited a few hours just for that few minutes of chat, but hei for most 'experienced' people, I am sure you will, like me, say it is all worth it. Although looking at the current result, most people would say that I am stupid but I never regret pushing away my appointments on Saturday just for that few minutes of memories.

In today's episode, the same character was having lunch with his younger brother and they are talking about what type of women will make them know "She is the one." So for the younger brother, it is a woman that can make him fall in love at first sight, whereas for the elder brother, who is the same character I refer to in the previous paragraph, it is a woman that can make his mind go blank and tongue tied when they meet. I guess for me, like the elder brother, it is the same for me. She did make my mind go blank, as seen above, as for tongue tied, well a lot of my friends can vouch for me on that. Hahaha! Everytime I try to talk to her during lunch time, my mind suddenly went blank, tongue tied in the best knot a scout can tie and to add another point, my feet walk faster than ever before. Haha!

Time pass very fast, it has been more than a month now since I last seen her. Have no idea how she is doing in her new job. I do not want to know at the moment because my focus is to secure a job first and the two job applications results is really taking a long time to come. I just hope that I am successful in one of the two applications so that I can move on in the next phase of life. Only when I have found a job would I have the time to hear how she is doing. Concentration is the key. :)

Oh, by the way, the elder brother in the end married the lady that make his mind go blank and his tongue tied up. Typical of local drama, always good ending. Anyway, cheers to that!
